How to get Remote IT Support via Team Viewer
If you're working with the BES Technical team and are in need of assistance, one of our technicians may need remote access to your device. If you don't have current access to our RMM (remote monitoring) tools, you can open this secure link in a new tab and download Team Viewer. Once you have this downloaded, you will be given an ID and Password which you will need to send to our technicians to allow them remote access to your device. This secure link will open a new tab and the Team Viewer website.
